Kids Zone Vendor Terms & Conditions

By applying to be a Kids Zone vendor for Thomaston Mule Days, you agree to the following:

Activity Requirement
Vendor must provide a complimentary, child-friendly activity for the duration of the event (or designated time slot). Sales of products are not permitted within the Kids Zone.

Approval Process
All activities must be pre-approved by the event coordinator to ensure safety, space needs, and appropriateness for children.

Booth Setup
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and any supplies needed for their activity. Setup must be completed by the designated time on event day.

Booth Fee Waiver
One booth space is provided free of charge in exchange for a qualifying activity. No refunds or cash value is offered in place of the waived fee.

Supervision & Safety
Vendors are responsible for supervising their activity and ensuring a safe environment. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Event Hours
Vendor must be present and active for the full duration of the Kids Zone hours unless otherwise arranged with the event coordinator.

Weather
This is an outdoor event. Vendors are encouraged to prepare for various weather conditions.

Promotion
Participating Kids Zone vendors may be included in event marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
