- I understand that nothing may be thrown or tossed from parade entries. Items may only be handed directly to attendees.
- I consent to photographs and video taken during the parade for use in Compass’ social media and marketing. These will not be sold or leased.
- I understand the livestream broadcast will take place at the intersection of Lake Ave and K Street. I will notify my group that anyone not wishing to appear should avoid that area and rejoin after.

- I agree that all members of my group will comply with directions from Compass staff, volunteers, and Palm Beach Sheriff's Office throughout the event.
- I understand that all participants must keep moving along the route and may not stop to distribute items, perform, or pose for photos.
- ☐ I understand that all costumes and signage must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience and comply with City of Lake Worth Beach regulations and Florida Statutes.
- ☐ I acknowledge that Compass and Palm Beach Pride maintain a strong nondiscrimination policy and expect all participants to uphold respect for all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, religions, and identities. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
