AltBev Expo Buyer Application - Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

This application is open to verified industry professionals and buyers in the beverage sector, including but not limited to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and operators of bars, restaurants, and other relevant businesses.
The event organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility, and applications may be declined at their discretion.
Application Review and Approval:

All applications will be reviewed, and attendees will be notified of their approval status.
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel applications for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete applications or non-compliance with eligibility requirements.
Ticket Discount or Comped Entry:

Accepted applicants will receive a discount or complimentary entry to AltBev Expo. Discounts or complimentary tickets are non-transferable, and only the approved individual may attend using the provided ticket.
Complimentary tickets are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the application review and approval process.
Ticket Registration and Payment:

Approved applicants will receive instructions to register and claim their discounted or complimentary ticket.
Applicants must complete their registration by the specified deadline. Failure to register within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of the ticket offer.
Event Attendance:

All accepted buyers must attend AltBev Expo in person during the specified event dates.
If unable to attend, buyers must inform the event organizers as soon as possible to cancel their ticket and provide the opportunity to another eligible buyer.
Data Collection and Use:

By submitting this application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
The data collected through the application may be shared with event sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to improve the event experience and provide tailored marketing opportunities.
Code of Conduct:

Attendees agree to comply with all event policies, including professional conduct while on the event premises.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of the event’s policies may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
Liability:

Attendees agree to assume all risks associated with their participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.
The event organizers and sponsors are not liable for any personal injury or property loss sustained during the event.
Event Cancellation:

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance leading to event cancellation or rescheduling, the event organizers will communicate promptly with all registered attendees.
Tickets will be refunded or transferred based on the circumstances of the cancellation or rescheduling.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The event organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to applicants prior to ticket confirmation or the event.
