This application is for participation on the Community Stage at the Yellow Daisy Festival at Stone Mountain Park. The Community Stage located in the C Loop (it is not the main stage), highlights local performers and organizations, offering a platform to share family-friendly entertainment with festival attendees. Applicants are invited to showcase talents such as music, dance, storytelling, or other engaging performances that reflect the spirit and diversity of the community. This application provides information about the performance, technical needs, and background of the participants to assist in scheduling and programming decisions

Community Stage – Terms and Conditions
Yellow Daisy Festival at Stone Mountain Park
By submitting an application to perform on the Community Stage at the Yellow Daisy Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Performance Content:
All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for audiences of all ages. Content containing profanity, violence, or offensive material will not be permitted.
Application Approval:
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. All applications will be reviewed by the festival programming team, and selected performers will be contacted with confirmation and scheduling details.
Performance Time & Punctuality
Performers must adhere to the assigned time slot. Late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled performances. Each act will be allotted a specific time limit, including setup and teardown.
Technical Requirements
Basic sound equipment (e.g., microphones, speakers) will be provided. Performers are responsible for bringing any additional instruments, props, or specialized equipment. Requests for technical support must be submitted in advance.
Rehearsals & Sound Checks
There will be limited availability for sound checks. Scheduling will be communicated in advance, and performers are expected to be flexible and cooperative.
Conduct
All participants must act professionally and respectfully toward festival staff, volunteers, and attendees. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the festival and disqualification from future participation.
Promotion & Media Release
By participating, performers grant the Yellow Daisy Festival and Stone Mountain Park permission to photograph, film, and promote their performance in marketing materials, social media, and press coverage.
Liability
Stone Mountain Park and the Yellow Daisy Festival are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Performers participate at their own risk.
Weather Contingency
The festival is an outdoor event and subject to weather conditions. Performances may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled in the event of inclement weather. No compensation will be provided for cancellations due to weather.
Cancellations
If a performer must cancel, notice must be given at least 14 days prior to the festival. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect eligibility for future events.
