Application Deadline & Selection
1. A completed application and $50 entry fee are due no later than February 1, 2026. Please note that payment is due at the time of application submission. Applications submitted without payment will be discarded.
2. The pageant is open to children 5 to 7 years of age.
Rules & Regulations
1. The pageant will include a walk across the stage and a brief chat with each contestant based on the information provided on the application. There is no talent competition.
2. All participants must attend a mandatory 5:30pm dress rehearsal at the Douglas Theatre on Thursday, February 19, 2026. This rehearsal should last no more than 1 hour.
3. All contestants will receive a participation award. Winners will receive a trophy, sash, and crown.
5. Girls are to wear a dress with the hem being no more than 4 inches below the knee - Long, formal dresses are not permitted. Dresses should be a shade of pink or white with pink accents. Boys may wear navy, khaki, or black pants with a white or pink collared shirt. Sport coats are encouraged but are not required. Ties are also optional. Tuxedos are not permitted.
6. There will be no refunds of entry fees for any reason.
7. Tickets should be purchased on the Cherry Blossom Festival website or at the door the day of the pageant.
8. The number of contestants may be limited at the discretion of the Cherry Blossom Festival. Any applications received after this number has been met will be placed on a waiting list. If an opening should become available, you will be notified. If an opening should not become available, your entry fee will be refunded.
9. A $50 cash prize will go to the contestant who wins the ticket sale contest. More details on this will be given at a later date.

I have read and agree to abide by the pageant Rules & Regulations. I understand that the decision of the judges is final and that the ballots are confidential and cannot be viewed by contestants or their families.
As the legal parent/guardian of the participant, I understand that the Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., Douglas Theatre, their employees, volunteers and event sponsors cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, or theft that occurs at any event or during transportation to and from the event. Any and all publicity and appearances in the role of Little Mr. and Miss Cherry Blossom will be scheduled and conducted solely by and at the discretion of the Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc.
