Panel Application Form - CLOSED

1. UwU Con requires that ALL panelists be 18 years of age or older; due to liability and privacy reasons, we cannot permit persons under the age of 18 to present panels at UwU Con.
2. Panelists will need to check in once a day at the CosTalk LIVE booth to confirm their panel time and location. Any panelist who does not show up for their check in will be barred from submitting in the future unless the absence was due to emergency circumstances.
3. NOTE: We can accept 18+ panels in our small panel room. If you submit an 18+ panel we will post security at the door to card anyone interested in the panel.
   • Please note that excessive Pornographic material is not permitted at UwU Con. ALL approved 18+ panels MUST submit a sample of their presentation 1 month in advance or risk forfeiting their position on the program guide.
4. UwU Con will provide each approved panelist with a full event badge. Each panel may have up to 4 people present (this includes the individual submitting this form).
5. If your panel is accepted, you must agree to media streaming and/or photography during your presentation.
6. Panels submitted should tie into the UwU Con theme of "Animation and Pop Culture". This can be anything from anime, video games, manga, manhwa, costuming, cosplay, music, TV, theater, etc.
7. As a reminder, ALL content must be family friendly and cannot contain anything rated higher than PG-13 imagery/language unless you received explicit approval from UwU Con's Program Coordinators to display 18+ content (this MUST be written approval, verbal is not acceptable).
8. Panels may be presentations, demonstrations and interactive discussions.
   • At this time, UwU Con is not accepting Character Panels (where individuals take on the persona of a pop culture entity) nor are we able to accept Movie/TV Screenings. We hope to have the space and permission to accept these submissions in the future.
9. Finally, ALL panelists must submit their LEGAL NAME for badge pickup. If you have a preferred name that we post on the website please be sure to include it in this form.
