About the event

Free Play Florida 2025 is a three day celebration of the history, artistry, competition, and creation of electronic gaming of all kinds driven by the enthusiastic gamers of the southeast. Over 250 arcades, pinball games, consoles and countless things to learn, play and see! This November 21st thru the 23rd, Free Play Florida is being held at the spacious Caribe Royal Resort in Orlando. All of your classic and current pinball and arcade games will be on display all set to free play! Join the pinball tournament and compete with the best in the state of Florida, sit in on our speaker panels that include industry icons, and visit our valued vendors selling games, memorabilia, and some of the coolest themed art on the planet! “Free Play” is defined as “a setting on a gaming machine that allows it to be played without quarters or tokens.” When you join us at Free Play Florida, your admission includes unlimited “Free Play” gaming on hundreds of machines, including your favorite classic arcade cabinets, some of the most popular pinball machines of the last several decades, many of the hottest new arcade titles, and - of course- access to all of the other amazing entertainment and educational options we’ve put together for you! **Free Play Florida is a presentation of the Byte Amusement Group, a 501c3 Florida Non-Profit Organization run by volunteers.**

Free Play Florida November 21-23, 2025 - Media Press Pass Application

 

Thank you for wanting to share your love of retro and vintage gaming with our community! We are grateful to those with the power of their media influence who want to help educate the public about our all volunteer run event. If you are interested in receiving one of our media press passes, please fill out the application below and we'll be in touch.

 

Founded in 2014, Free Play Florida is an annual three day celebration of electronic gaming of all kinds driven by the enthusiastic gamers of the south east. Over 250 arcades, pinball games, and consoles are all set to free play, no quarters needed.

 

Our parent company, Byte Amusement Group, is a 501c3 non-profit organization run entirely by dedicated volunteers. Every dollar from donations, sponsors, and ticket sales goes directly back into putting on the show and supporting the local gaming community through our education efforts.
