About the application
The Palm Beach Pride Parade will be on Sunday.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, a mandatory parade meeting will be held. Please note that this meeting will be held via Zoom, so make sure at least one representative from your group attends. If you have any trouble accessing Zoom, don't worry - you can come to Compass and connect there.
On the day of the parade, a representative from your group must check in between 8:00 and 9:45 a.m. It's important that everyone is in place by 10:30 a.m. sharp, otherwise, they won't be included. Thank you for your cooperation!
Terms & Conditions
The parade will be recorded. In order to participate, you must agree to consent for photos and videos, a non-discrimination clause, and provide descriptive content for the commentators.

- I understand that nothing may be thrown or tossed from parade entries. Items may only be handed directly to attendees.
- I consent to photographs and video taken during the parade for use in Compass’ social media and marketing. These will not be sold or leased.
- I understand the livestream broadcast will take place at the intersection of Lake Ave and K Street. I will notify my group that anyone not wishing to appear should avoid that area and rejoin after.

- I agree that all members of my group will comply with directions from Compass staff, volunteers, and Palm Beach Sheriff's Office throughout the event.
- I understand that all participants must keep moving along the route and may not stop to distribute items, perform, or pose for photos.
- ☐ I understand that all costumes and signage must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience and comply with City of Lake Worth Beach regulations and Florida Statutes.
- ☐ I acknowledge that Compass and Palm Beach Pride maintain a strong nondiscrimination policy and expect all participants to uphold respect for all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, religions, and identities. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
