2025 NWA Pride Festival Vendor Application
About the event
About the application
This form is for all organizations to apply for participation in the Rainbow Row Market at the 2025 NWA Pride Festival.
All applications require payment at the time of submission. However, if your application is rejected, we will refund your entry within seven business days.
Each entry requires a separate registration. Please do not combine groups unless you have explicit instructions from NWA Equality's staff. Combining groups causes check-in issues and complicates the market's layout.
Confirmed event sponsors should contact Richard Gathright at info@nwapride.org for information regarding parade and vendor spaces related to their sponsorship agreement.
Terms & Conditions
