Fiesta Mexicana - Court Coronation Show n' Shine

The City of Woodburn will host a Show n’ Shine at the Court's Coronation event, launching the 2025 Fiesta Mexicana!  Friday, August 8, from 4 pm - 7:00 pm at the Woodburn Downtown Plaza. The City of Woodburn shall have sole authority in approving Show n’ Shine participants. On occasion the City of Woodburn staff may record still photos or video of people participating in Fiesta or people on Parks property or City facilities. Please be aware that these images are for City of Woodburn use only and may be used in catalogs, brochures, pamphlets, fliers, social media, and websites. All persons for whom a Show n’ Shine Application is approved agree to waive, release, acquit, and forever hold harmless the City of Woodburn, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all suites, claims, demands or assertions of liability whatsoever for personal injuries, property damage, injury to incorporeal interests, or other like damages occasioned by, arising out of participation in the Fiesta Mexicana Court Coronation Show n’ Shine, and do hereby covenant that no action by law, or suit in equity, shall ever be brought against the City of Woodburn, its officers, agents, employees, or volunteers on account of any participation in this Show n’ Shine.  I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies as set forth by the City of Woodburn.  I further attest that I am 18 years of age or older and will be personally responsible for repair or damage to equipment, the facilities, grounds or for replacement of stolen equipment. I also understand that I will not be paid for being photographed or videotaped. The City reserves the right of final decision on any matters pertaining to the Show n’ Shine not specifically covered herein.
