Do you work in Media? Do you have a love for pop culture? Do you want to attend Tucson Comic Con 2025??? Apply here for Media Badges!!!
Looking for professionals working in any of the following industries: Blog/Podcast, Broadcast (television or radio), Digital/ Online, Documentary, Print (newspaper or magazines)
Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that submission of an application does NOT guarantee a Media Badge at TCC.
Badges are limited and will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, travel and accommodations are not included.
You'll be notified of badge approval status within 4 weeks of when you submitted your application.
There will be no onsite application approvals at Tucson Comic Con.
Media registration closes on August 15th 2025 at 11:59pm PM PT.
What Does My Media Badge Do for Me?
- Your Media badge gives you access to the convention for the entire weekend during public hours. Please enjoy the convention when you’re not working!
- We sincerely hope you have an excellent convention and share everything you enjoy about it.
- The Media badge gives you access to the Media Room at the convention center.
- All Interviews will be scheduled with PR Manager prior to the event
About the Media Room:
- This space will be for approved press to interview those who are scheduled.
- Interviews are requested to be 15-30 minutes.
- Please avoid any topics that may make our guests uncomfortable.
- Please avoid discussion of films and media which may be counterproductive to our celebrities’ careers.
- Please be aware that our guests and celebrities may choose not to answer questions.
- The room is equipped with a TCC step and repeat, tables and chairs, as well as some LED lighting.
- Please use this space to regroup if needed.
- We’ll have some snacks and drinks available for press and celebrities.
What Media Badge Does Not Do:
- Your media badge does NOT allow access to celebrity spaces without permission
- Your media badge does NOT allow access behind staff only entrances
- Your media badge does NOT allow you to ask for discounts on merchandise, or other "freebies"
