Trunk or Treat

Want to be part of the fun? We’re looking for creative volunteers to host a trunk at our Fall Into Fun Trunk or Treat event! Decorate your vehicle, hand out candy, and be a part of this festive, family-friendly celebration.

All candy will be provided by the City. Paticipants may distribute additional items upon approval. 

Additional information will be sent out to all confirmed participants the week of October 13.

Costumes: All participants' (adults and children) costumes must be family-friendly. Please avoid scary or inappropriate attire that may not be suitable for all ages. No prop weapons permitted.

Decorations: Trunk decorations should be family-friendly, safe, and in the spirit of fun. No overly frightening, hazardous, or offensive displays.

Treat Distribution: Participants may only distribute candy provided by the city. Additional items may be distributed upon approval. 

Trunk Setup: Trunk setup must be completed before the event starts. Please ensure your vehicle and trunk are parked in the designated area and that your decorations do not block walkways or drive lanes.

Parking: Please park in the designated spots for trunk hosts. Stay within your designated space to avoid interfering with others.

Safety First: Keep all items that could pose a safety hazard (e.g., open flames, sharp objects) away from the trunk area. Keep all walkways clear to avoid tripping hazards.

Respectful Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others. No bullying, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

Clean-Up: Please ensure that your trunk area is cleaned up and free of trash after the event. We appreciate your help in keeping the event space clean.
