Talk/Presentation Request (May 31)

Thank you for your interest in giving a talk or presentation/performance at the Spiritual WTF?! Experience. Please complete the information below to submit your request. Information provided below will be used for promotional materials. 

Once approved, an agreement will be sent for signature.  

- All Presentations are 20 - 25 minutes. 
- Time and location will are based on availability. 
- Please note there is a $30 fee to help cover costs of marketing and promotion. This fee will be charged upon approval.

Upon approval, the agreement is as follows: 

As a Spiritual WTF?! Experience Speaker, you agree to:

• Be present and prepared to present in person on the date and time of your talk. 
• Promote Spiritual WTF?! Experience via social media, email list, or other engagement tools. You can repost promoted content from Instagram/Facebook.
• You give us permission to Livestream, record, photograph, and disseminate your engagement.

Intuitive WTF Events Agrees to:

• Provide a 20~25 minute speaking slot to take place between 11am - 4pm. The speaking location and time will be determined by the Company.
• Provide speaker system and handheld mic & stand during speaking slot. 
• Promote speaker on social media announcements on Instagram/Facebook and highlight the speaker on the event website, event emails, and onsite promotional material. Individualized social media posts are not guaranteed.

Intended Purpose of Talk: 
The purpose of the speaker slot is to provide educational talks or interactive demonstrations to engage with the audience. Talks may include experiential components or demonstrations related to the speaker's expertise. 
 
Cancellation: 
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by the Speaker, the Company reserves the right to retain the promotional fee. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event, the Company agrees to repay any funds received from the Speaker. However, if cancellation is made within 30 days before the event, refunds will not be given due to non-recoverable expenses related to resources allocated to Speakers involvement such as promotional materials and limited time to find a replacement speaker.

In the event that the Company needs to cancel the event, Speakers will be notified promptly via email or other appropriate means. The Company will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, Speakers will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid to the Company for participation in the event. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
 
Indemnity and Hold Harmless: 
The Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Speaker's participation in the event.
 
Act of God: 
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
 
Applicability and Modification:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
