One of the most special parts of Riverfest is the wonderful talent on display at the Entertainment Stage. The weekend will be filled with local musicians, dance teams, gymnasts, choirs, and other performances. While the League is very excited to support local talent, we are unable to pay performers. If you would like to be considered as part of the entertainment for Riverfest, please complete the application to be considered.
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application/contract, you are agreeing to the following: I will only bring the equipment that I have listed on this form. This includes equipment for all members of my group. I understand that there will be NO assistance in getting my equipment into the park. I will need to account for the time it will take to get inside and will plan my arrival so that I am at least 20 minutes early for my time slot. I will limit my performance to the time slot allocated to my act. I understand that I will not be allowed to bring a vehicle into Etowah River Park. I understand there will be no space provided for costume changes and that performers must wear their performance attire to the festival. I understand that performers and instructors will have free admission, but parents, friends, supporters, etc. will be asked to pay the donation at the entrance gates. I will share all of this information with ALL members of my group, including parents. I understand that I may not be selected to perform at Riverfest and that I must meet the deadline listed above to be considered.
We are able to acknowledge applications upon receipt. Schedules will be published by early August with the final schedule for performance date and time slots.

- By submitting this application/contract, I agree to bring only the equipment listed on this form, including for all group members. I understand that no assistance will be provided for transporting equipment into the park, so I will plan accordingly and arrive at least 20 minutes early. My performance will be limited to the assigned time slot, and I acknowledge that vehicles are not permitted in Etowah River Park. I understand that no changing areas will be provided and that all performers must arrive in their performance attire. While performers and instructors receive free admission, parents, friends, and supporters will be required to pay the entrance donation. I will share all of this information with my group members, including parents. I acknowledge that submitting this application does not guarantee selection for Riverfest and that I must meet the stated deadline to be considered. Applications will be acknowledged upon receipt, and schedules will be published by early August.
