This is the application to participate as a parade unit at the OC Pride Festival to be held on September 27, 2025.
Early Bird pricing reflects a discount of 25% of the base parade fee and ends on May 31, 2025. Applications received on or after August 1, 2025, will incur a $100 late fee. Please note that parade registration will close on September 1, 2025, or when all spots are filled. That said, we recommend registering early, as parade spaces fill up fast.
Terms & Conditions
Orange County LGBT Pride must comply with sponsor exclusivity, as well as state, county, and local regulations. Orange County LGBT Pride reserves the right to deny applications based on these and any other grounds deemed reasonable and necessary by Orange County LGBT Pride in its sole discretion. If your application is denied, any payment made to Orange County LGBT Pride will be refunded promptly.
ONCE THE APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, THE PARADE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BECOMES EFFECTIVE. AT THAT TIME, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OC LGBT PRIDE CANCELS THE EVENT.
I agree to thoroughly read the Orange County LGBT Pride Parade Participation Agreement located in the Related Files section. I understand that my organization and its staff, employees, and volunteers are bound by the terms of the Parade Participation Agreement.

| Individual Marcher Parade Entry Fee | $25.00 | Early bird fee for individual marchers not affiliated with a business or organization. |
| Nonprofit Base Parade Fee | $200.00 | Early bird fee for non-profit organizations, as defined in the application and selected above. The base fee includes space for up to 50 walking participants. Space for small or large vehicles and decorated floats can be reserved as "add ons" for an additional fee. |
| Commercial Business Base Parade Fee | $400.00 | Early bird fee for commercial businesses, as defined in the application and selected above. The base fee includes space for up to 50 walking participants. Space for small or large vehicles and decorated floats can be reserved as "add ons" for an additional fee. |
| Corporate Business Base Parade Fee | $500.00 | Early bird fee for corporate businesses, as defined in the application and selected above. The base fee includes space for up to 50 walking participants. Space for small or large vehicles and decorated floats can be reserved as "add ons" for an additional fee. |
| Government Agency Base Parade Fee | $250.00 | Early bird fee for government agencies, as defined in the application and selected above. The base fee includes space for up to 50 walking participants. Space for small or large vehicles and decorated floats can be reserved as "add ons" for an additional fee. |
