To ensure the integrity of our press program, please note the following:

• Coverage Requirement: Approved applicants are required to provide agreed-upon coverage of Queen City Anime Con within two weeks of the event's conclusion. This coverage is essential for ticket cost reimbursement. We have experienced past instances where applicants received a press pass without providing content, which this requirement aims to address.
• Organizational Standing: The applicant's organization must be in good standing with QCAC.
• Content Creator Status: The organization must be a legitimate news source, publication, or a well-followed and respectable content creator.
