2026 Camping Application

LEASE HOLDERS MUST PURCHASE TWO (2) SEASON OR MEMBERSHIP TICKETS PER SITE TO KEEP THE SPACE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT TIME OF MOVE IN FOR THE FAIR IN 2025

The leasehold interest or license to us the above listed space at the fairgrounds is not an interest in property

that can be assigned, transferred or bequeathed to another person. An attempt to violate this lease subjects leasehold to cancellation of the agreement and loss of camping rights at the Athens County Fairgrounds.

As a registrant for a campsite at the 2025 Athens County Fair, I understand that I must abide by all camping rules, Athens County Fair rules, Ohio Department of Agriculture rules, Administrative Code, Ohio's Livestock Reform Act, and all applicable Junior and Senior Fair rules not excluding equine or non-equine, and all regulations of the Athens

County Fair Premium Book. I understand and agree that I am responsible for all activities that take place on my camp lot

and any disturbance, illegal activity or violation of the above listed rules may result in my forfeiting the right to rent a camping lot permanently and that I may be removed from the Athens County Fair Grounds.

I understand that I am responsible for registering any person or persons staying in or on my campsite with the camping committee and that failure to do so will result in my forfeiting my campsite permanently and that I can be removed from the Athens County Fair Grounds.  I understand that any and all persons staying in or on my campsite must have a pass and that any Director of the Athens County Agriculture Society may request to view this pass at any time. Anyone caught without a pass or gate ticket for the day will be removed from the grounds and must purchase a pass to re-enter

the grounds. If I fail to register any person(s) staying in my camper I may forfeit my space. My signature below attests that I have read the rules for camping at the Athens County Fair and agree to abide by them or risk losing my right to camp. I understand that if I am found to have sublet my camp space, I will lose my camping privileges permanently and will not receive any refunds of camping fees.
