Thank you for your interest in performing at Eugene Springfield PRIDE Festival 2025!
We celebrate a wide range of talent, including musicians, drag performers, dancers, spoken-word artists, and more. Our goal is to showcase acts that embrace diversity, promote inclusion, and bring positive energy to the audience. If you’re ready to share your artistry with an enthusiastic, supportive crowd at the Eugene Springfield PRIDE Festival, we invite you to apply.

Terms & Conditions
AGREEMENT TERMS
1. Performance Requirements
• The Performer agrees to provide a live performance at Eugene Pride 2025 on the agreed date and time. Specific time slots will be assigned by May 31, 2025.
• Performances must be family-friendly and inclusive, adhering to the values of Eugene Pride.
2. Compensation
• Performances are compensated.
• Eugene Pride will provide parking passes for performers.
3. Technical Requirements
• Eugene Pride will provide basic sound and lighting equipment. Additional technical needs must be submitted with the application.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Performers must notify Eugene Pride immediately if they are unable to fulfill their commitment. Cancellations within 72 hours may impact eligibility for future events.
5. Liability
• The Performer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eugene Pride, its organizers, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their performance or participation in the event.
6. Media Release
• Performers grant Eugene Pride permission to photograph, film, and use images or recordings of their performance for promotional purposes.
7. Code of Conduct
• Performers are expected to act respectfully toward all attendees, volunteers, and staff. Harassment or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Insurance
• Performers are responsible for their own equipment and personal liability insurance, if applicable. Eugene Pride does not provide coverage for personal property damage or loss.
