Thank you for joining the Junior Chamber! Please complete the following form to ensure we have all the necessary information.
Each application accommodates up to three participants. Waivers must be signed by the legal guardian.

Terms and Conditions for Junior Chamber Application
Payment Options:
Applicants may choose to pay the program fee in full at the time of registration or opt for monthly payments.
Monthly payment schedules will be provided upon request and must be adhered to for continued participation.
Payment Deadlines:
Full payment or the first monthly installment must be made prior to the first session in January.
Subsequent monthly payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Program fees are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by the Junior Chamber.
Program Access:
Participants must remain current on payments to maintain access to program benefits, including classes, events, and resources.
Agreement:
By submitting the application, applicants and their legal guardians agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
