Terms & Conditions
• Anyone person, organization or business can sponsor a tree.
• The cost of sponsorship is $50 plus the cost of lights and decorations (purchased by you). You can decorate as simple or elaborate as you wish but please remember trees will be on display outside then donated to “needy families". Your $50 will be used to purchase a gift card to the local grocery store for the family.
• Trees and tree stands will be provided and staked down in the courthouse lawn courtesy of our friends at Dorcas.
• Electricity will be provided but you must provide all decorations, all lights and extension cords. You will most likely need a 20-30' extension cord and it will be returned to you - please mark/label them so we know who to return them to.
• Trees will be available by 5pm on Wednesday, December 3rd. Tree must be be decorated by 5pm on Friday night (kids Christmas program on the stage at 5pm).
• You are allowed to place signs and/or logos in your display.
