Eligibility

• The cars must fit into one (or more) of the judging categories:

  • Each vehicle must be registered individually using the official car show entry form.

Registration and Fees

• Registration must be completed online or through Texas Ivy Antiques. No registration will be available day of. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The entry fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration.

Vehicle Requirements

• All participating vehicles must be in operable condition and meet basic safety standards.
• Vehicles must be clean and presentable, as they will be showcased to the public.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly insured.

Set-Up and Event Rules

• Participants must arrive during the designated set-up times and park in their assigned space as directed by event staff.
• Vehicles must remain in their assigned spots for the duration of the show and cannot leave the event area until the official end time unless permitted by event staff.
• Participants must follow all instructions from event organizers and staff during the show.
• No cars will be allowed into the festival area after 10 AM.

Behavior and Conduct

• Participants are expected to display respectful and courteous behavior toward fellow participants, event staff, and attendees.
• Loud or disruptive behavior, including revving engines excessively, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

Liability and Insurance

• The TX Route 66 Festival Finale, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for any damage to vehicles, theft, loss, or personal injury incurred during the event.
• Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their vehicles and personal belongings.

Judging and Awards

• Judging will be conducted based on criteria set by the event organizers. Decisions by the judges are final.
• Participants must be present to accept awards. Unclaimed awards will not be mailed.

Media and Publicity

• By entering the car show, participants agree to allow the event organizers to use their name, likeness, and vehicle images in promotional materials, social media, and other publications. 

Event Modifications or Cancellations

• Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the car show at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases. Refunds will not be provided

Agreement

• By registering for the car show, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Non-compliance may result in disqualification and removal from the event without a refund.
