• By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that all parade groups are required to provide a certificate of insurance demonstrating liability insurance coverage that also names “Pikes Peak Pride” as an "additional insured" and includes the address: 2910 N Powers Blvd #451, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. I understand that failure to provide the required certificate of insurance prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of my parade space and all associated fees.
