Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival Jury Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival! We are looking for a diverse group of volunteer residents to review and rate vendor applications as members of our jury for this year's festival. Please note that we are grateful for all volunteers, but not all that apply will be selected.
Jury members will be assigned groups of applicants and asked to review their submissions. They will score the application by giving a rating on five different criteria and offering an overall recommendation. These scores will not be binding, but will be part of the process that selects vendors and exhibitors to participate in the festival.
The jurying process will take place fully online on personal computers or tablets. A desktop or laptop computer with mouse works best. Unfortunately phones are too small. Jurors will need internet access, a compatible device, and basic online skills to navigate the online applications. Jurors will be asked to review 40-50 applications, taking a few minutes each. Our volunteers will have several days to complete the review.
***We will notify jury volunteers of their status by January 20, 2025 and provide further instructions to those selected. This jury volunteer form may close before the stated January 10, 2025 deadline if we receive enough volunteers.

Terms & Conditions
- This application is for individuals willing to volunteer to help with the selection of vendors and exhibitors for the 2025 Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival as members of our jury.
- Not all volunteers will be selected. Priority may be given to Town of Leesburg residents.
- Jury recommendations are only part of the selection process and are not binding.
- This is a volunteer role.
- Volunteers must have access to an internet connected compatible device and be comfortable navigating the web.
- Jury applications will only be accepted through our Eventeny platform which requires users to create an account with an email address and password.
- The Town of Leesburg is grateful for all interested in the Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival.
