This is the application process for organizations who would like to submit an application to host a pop-up event in Town Center Park Application must be submitted 21 days prior to event date. Submission does NOT guarantee approval.
Pop Up events do NOT require police or public works services. There are NO vendors other than the hosting organization. Pop up events will have permission to amplify sound. Sound system is NOT included in park rental fee.
This type of event is normally for a service, an exercise class or expo, or local small performance that does not require vending or a large amound of sound equipment. THE ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO 500 PEOPLE OR LESS.
Terms & Conditions
Complete the following application. You will submit a non-refundable $35.00 processing fee with this application. Application submission does NOT constitute event approval. Approved applicants will be required to pay the pop up fee in full prior to event set up. The fees wil be charged to the credit card on file.

- A pop up event is limited in the number of hours and the amount of set-up and clean up involved. A sound system is allowed and must be provided by event organizer. A pop up event is limited to three hours total in park time including set-up, clean-up and the actual event time.

- There is a park rental fee and a event person fee for pop-up events. The rental fee is $200 and the event person fee is $50 per hour. A total of $350 will be charged to the card on file PRIOR to the event.
