About the registration
This is a form that is being used for those who camped at the 2024 Wood County Fair. You have the right to reserve your same campsite until February 28, 2025. After that date, those sites that are not reserved will then be opened up to the public on April 1, 2025. If you have multiple sites, you can complete them all in one transaction. Please be sure to include all site numbers on the form as you are completing it.
New 2025 $50 has been added to the price of camping. By doing this we have eliminated early camping and now ALL campers may move into fair on Thursday July 24 at 4:00pm. When entering the campground please use the campground gates and do not drive through the fair grounds.
Wood County Fair reserves the right to send you promotional material through the email address that you have provided.
YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE MEMBERSHIP PASS PER CAMPSITE PER THE FAIR RULES.
Please note that Camp site are about 35 feet deep. If your camper is more than 35 feet you will not fit on the campsite and will be required to have two sites. All sites besides the execitve spots are 30amp hook up
Terms & Conditions
- Fill out the entire application
- Ensure that you are putting the proper campsite number IF you do not know your site number please put the name the site is in on the camp site number spot.
- IF you have multiple sites please list all the campsite numbers on the form. You will have to select the number of sites you have when you go to check out.
- Once you submit the application the site will charge your credit card after your submission has been approved. Should there be an issue with your application you will be contacted to verify the information.
- You must complete this form and submit it by end of business on February 28, 2025 or it will be open to the public.
- Should you have any questions we ask that you contact the fair office.
- When approved you can stop by the office and pick up your camping packet as well as your 2025 Wood County Ag Society membership pass, after June 1, 2025.
- Should you purchase a membership pass the person that will be the holder of the pass must come to the office to pick it up. All membership pass holders must be Wood County Residents.
By filling out this form and placing the campsite in your name you assume all responsiablility for you and those camping on your site. The campsite must be registured to a person who is over the age of 21 years old. You agree to abide by the fair camping rules.
Please note that any open campsites after February deadline can be assigned to fair board members who are in need of a campsite prior to them being open to the public.

| Campsite fee | $250.00 | This price is for ONE spot. if you have multiple sites you need to ensure you select the right number of spots so you are charged accordingly. If you fail to select only 1 for multiple spots you will be rejected and made to re do it. |
| Wood County Ag Society Membership Pass | $30.00 | You may purchase your membership pass from this site. You must be 18 years of Age and a Wood County Resident. The pass must be picked up by the person who it is going to be issued to. |
| Executive Camping | $350.00 | This is only for those who had reserved a Executive site in 2024 use this for your reservation |
