Village Center Pavilion Rental Application
Submission of an application does not guarantee rental approval. You will be notified if your application is approved via eventeny. Reservations are only fully confirmed once paid in full.
Pavilion rentals do NOT include access to the splashpad, which remains open to the general public.

The Village Center Pavilion is located at 226 Cypress Lane, Palm Springs, FL 33461
1. Hourly (Resident, Proof of Residency Required) $150 + $100.00 damage deposit
2. Hourly (Non-Resident) $180 + $100.00 damage deposit
- Rental Hours available between 12pm to 6pm
- Maximum amount of people is 30, 6 tables, grills
- Damage deposits are refundable, only if the facility is left clean and undamaged
- Alcohol and Bounce Houses are prohibited
- Cash or Credit Card Payments Accepted.
- Damage deposits will be in the form of a check and are refunded 2-3 weeks after your rental. The deposit check will be mailed to the address on file.

- Village Center Pavilion Use Agreement THIS AGREEMENT by and between the Village of Palm Springs, Florida, hereinafter designated as “first party,” and Permit Holder hereinafter designated as “second party,” witnesseth: For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations herein and the receipt of monies and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
