Virtual Baby Bear Video Contest

Saturday – June 6, 2020 

APPLICATION

Due to CoVid19, the award-winning North Carolina Black Bear Festival is going virtual this year!  BUT, instead of having to be here in person, people from around the world can compete for the cutest baby black bear on the planet!

RULES:

1. Send us a 10 – 30 second video of your child dressed as a black bear.
2. At the beginning of the video a family member must hold their Baby Bear and give the baby’s first name and mention the “2020 North Carolina Black Bear Festival” to verify the authenticity of the video.
3. Videos must be submitted by 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on June 1, 2020

5. Winners will be announced on June 6^th at 2:30 pm Eastern Standard Time
6. We will host two age groups for this contest. The age groups are as follows:

o   Infant – 2 yrs. old        (Age as of June 1^st , 2020)

o   3 – 4 yrs. old            (Age as of June 1^st , 2020)

             (There is not a separate category for Boys and Girls.)

We encourage creativity in the selection or creation of your child’s

 baby bear costume and making an entertaining video.

Judging will be based on:

50% costume

50% entertainment value of the video
