Table Sales are live! Please check under other applications for more information. Enjoy the “sweet sounds of summer” in downtown Norcross and get ready for some serious fun at the Summer Concert Series, which runs May thru September in Thrasher Park from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. The concerts are free and local restaurants are happy to create the perfect picnic for concert goers. So grab a chair, a cooler (no glass, please) and a few friends and come enjoy downtown Norcross and the sweet sounds of summer! Don’t Forget! Each event in the Summer Concert Series will serve as a collection site for the CAN-Do food drive, a county-wide effort to fill the shelves of local food pantries. Donations of canned food and non-perishable items can be dropped off in bins during each concert.

About the application

Monday, April 1: Tables for all concerts will go on sale, available for Norcross residents from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday, April 3: Staff will review and approve table requests and send approval or denial emails.

Friday, April 5: Table holders will be charged for approved concerts.

Completing this form does not guarantee a table. You will be notified after submission with a final approval.

 

Cancellation Policy: Table holders can request to cancel their reservation to receive a full or partial refund (excluding processing fees). Cancellations received at least 2 weeks in advance will receive a full refund (excluding processing fees). Cancellations received within 2 weeks of concert will receive a partial refund (excluding processing fees). Cancellations received within 2 days of concert will not receive a refund.

 

No-Show Policy: Table holders who do not submit a cancellation request and "no-show" to two of more concerts this year, may not be eligible to purchase tables for the following season.
