Application for Booth.

Pricing is as follows:

10x10 Booth w/o power = $50.00

10x10 Booth with power = $60.00

 

Vendor space is for those vendor’s that are solely marketing a product or service.  If anything is being offered by the business that is consumable (including, but not limited to, food, drinks, desserts, and canned/bottled beverages) the business must register as a food vendor.   The business must carry a current Food Establishment License and insurance.   A valid and current copy of the permit/license must be submitted to the Genesee County Health Dept. not less than 7 days prior to the event.  Genesee County Health Department will be present at the start of the festival to conduct on-site inspections.  Use of electricity is the sole responsibility of the vendor.  Fees are predetermined and based on quantity of spaces and date of registration.  No vehicles allowed in the park after 9 am.  Tents, awnings, tables, etc. may not extend past the predetermined boundaries. 

All participants provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs, if desired.

I understand this application will be considered, depending on the availability of space and the number/type of applications received by other vendors previously accepted.

 

I, the vendor or agent of the vendor, understand that Goodrich Festival & Events, Good Times in Goodrich, The Village of Goodrich or Atlas Township may not be held liable for any injuries of losses sustained by the vendor or vendor personnel during this event, nor during the commission of activities related to this event.  This includes but is not limited to the following: pre-event set-up, post event tear-down, the event itself, and any weather-related losses, injuries, or mishaps.  The signing of this registration form shall be considered a waiver of claim for any such injury or loss.  As the undersigned, I understand the following:   Attendance at this event is at my own risk.  Rain does NOT cancel this event.  There is no make-up date for this event.  Vendor application fees are non-refundable regardless of weather or circumstance.
