Registration to participate in the North Carolina Fossil Festival Parade which will occur at 11 am on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Please read all the information below before beginning your application. As a vendor, you are responsible for understanding all terms and conditions. By submitting your application, you agree to all North Carolina Fossil Festival Terms and Conditions.
-- Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the parade.
-- Only applications submitted through this webpage will be accepted.
-- A committee selects applicants by application only.
-- Applications are due by 6 pm EST on May 18, 2024.
-- Applicants will be notified via email of the decision.
-- Additional information will not be supplied between submission of and decision.
-- Approved applications will receive information concerning event information and check-in times following the approval email.
By submitting this application, I agree to hold the Aurora Fossil Museum Foundation, Inc., the Town of Aurora, and the Fossil Festival Committee harmless for any injury or loss to any person, equipment, property, or goods for any cause whatsoever. I also agree that the stated organizations cannot be held responsible for any claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with or inclusion in the parade during the North Carolina Fossil Festival.
