Carer Pass Application - Spring Edition 2024

*We have cleared the initial application list up until Feb 14th. Applications are open now until end of Feb then are closed. No exceptions.

Please note, we have DCC assistance staff located at the entrance to the venue where ticket wristbanding is taking place. You will recieve a map before the show showing various locations. If you go to the wrong entrance we might not be able to help as the venue hire external security who do not deal with assistance queries. 

Closing date for applications is final.

For safety reasons, we ask that accompanying carers be over the age of eighteen and accompany the adult/child with additional needs due to the volume of attendees. 1 carer pass per applicant max

Visitors with special needs may admit avail of a 50% discount on the pass for their carer, this is provided by way of a single use discount code for the day or days specified in the application. This code is then used online to avail of the discount.

How to avail of the discount

Please fill out the application form and submit the required documentation, Please note responses may take up to 21 days due to the sheer volume of requests we receive but please do not constantly email as we always keep a reserve of tickets for carers online so you do not need to fear missing out.

You must provide the confirmation ID / Order Number for the ticket of the individual you are caring for (this is purchased in advance)

Documentation

Please note that supporting documentation is required to avail of the Additional needs ticket rates. Accepted forms of supporting documentation include but are not limited to, a named associated membership card for an Additional need e.g. (Asiam etc), A GP letter with the name of the guests or a hospital consultant letter etc. The supporting documentation should reflect that of the attendee with additional needs and not the carer.

Carer identification on its own will not be sufficient. Parking passes are not sufficent.

*Please note: Public service travel cards are not accepted independently as supporting documentation but are considered with supplementary supporting documentation.

Please note the discount is applicable to one person at a time.

Ie. 2 carers and 1 visitor will receive a discount for 1 pass, 2 carers and 2 visitors will receive a discount for 2 passes.

Discount codes are not applicable to photo ops or other merch items.

You must have purchased a ticket for the person in question who requires the carer

Decisions made by DCC are final
