Boulevardia Charity Bar Application 2023

Hello!

Thanks for your interest in having your non-profit staff a bar for Boulevardia 2023. Our non-profit bar partners staff a bar at Boulevardia for the weekend, and all tips made at your bar go directly to your non-profit. Please read below for the requirements and what is expected from each organization. If your are eligible and can provide the needed onsite staffing, please fill out this application. Deadline for applicants is Friday, April 7th. Selection will be made by the Boulevardia Board of Directors and selected organization(s) will be notified the week of April 24th.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a 501c3 in MO or KS
• Mission of non-profit cannot be political or religious in nature
• Must be able to commit to a three year term
• Must be able to provide a large amount of volunteers throughout the weekend. 

Non-profit to provide:

• Up to two managers, one manager must be present at the assigned bar all hours of operation from set up to tear down.
• Manager attendance at bar training meeting
• Provide all volunteers for each shift (volunteer needs determined by Boulevardia, estimated 6-8 per shift for five shifts)
• Volunteers must be able to stand for the entire shift and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. 
• All volunteers must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the festival
• Follow all set up and break down procedures outlined by the festival

Boulevardia to provide:

• Bar charities to keep all the tips they receive, cash or POS.
• Signage to identify the non-profit running the bar
• Boulevardia volunteer shirt and one GA ticket per volunteer
