Not only does it have the classic crescent-full-crescent triple moon motif, it also features a less familiar one, known as the "witch's claw" as the centerpiece of the design, with a trio of interlocking crescent moons. In a "witch's claw" symbol, the three crescent moons nestle tightly together, representing the strength of friendship and cooperation, while their horns point outward, creating a strong protective force. This wonderfully witchy cross stitch pattern measures 90 stitches wide by 80 stitches high, and requires only three colors of floss.
