Description
This large format painting depicts the interior of a handmade tile business located in the arts district of Minneapolis. In this factory space, different tiles are cut, baked, glazed, finished, and shipped throughout the world. I wanted to capture urban spaces for this series that are not normally seen or known, and that provide some of the objects and designs that otherwise fill our lives and environments.
