Description
This award-inning image is from a series of images taken looking into a pond during the August 21, 2017 eclipse. (In Michigan, it was a partial eclipse view.) I appreciated the way the water and cloud textures mingled and the play of dramatic light on the water from the solar event. The reality of what is a reflection and what is an object became blurred.
The framed variation is conservation-matted-and-mounted and framed in a metal mat black moulding.
