Description
"Streamlined" is inspired by vanishing swimming fish under the sea. It is a mixed media painting (12" x 12") created on a heavy watercolor paper & gelled on a birch cradle. The art work begins with a powdered charcoal under painting, molding paste with 22 layers of transparent fluid acrylic paint applied on top. Each layer is dry before the next layer is applied. This technique creates a 3-dimensional look which changes according to the light & angle that you are looking at on the piece.
