Description
Non wilting flower for the home or garden decor. Easy to clean, just wash or dust. The flower will create spot of color as a bouquet, an addition to a planter with green leaves or in the garden in a covered area.
Each flower is a combination of colorful millefiori canework slices. No paints or dyes are used. The flower shape is cured in the oven to ensure optimum strength and finished with a coat of a color enhancing protective polish. When finally finished, the polymer clay flower is assembled with the copper tube as the stem.

My second act as an artist is proof of life beyond high-tech. My first career was in electrical engineering. I spent a significant amount of time learning and following specific rules to design electronic systems. High tech criteria for success involves strict adherence to the specifications. With art, this is not the case and I relish the freedom of no right or wrong way to create. I’m playing with texture and colors to evoke feelings of balance, tranquility, peace of mind, and harmony through my art.
My paintings are a reflection of my passage in life. I like to ask: what is behind all that? I create art that reveals and hides, exposes and conceals. I like the viewer to wonder and imagine.
