Description
A deep purple scarf handwoven on a rigid heddle loom. It has a a silver metallic thread thru it to give it a shimmer. This scarf is 8" x 39" and does have a pattern to it that would be great to display as a table runner and heavy enough to keep you warm draped around your neck to keep the cold out. It also has a twisted fringe.

I am a self taught weaver. I started my journey 12 years ago with a handmade floor loom I found on Craigslist that came with books, shuttles, yarn, warping board and anything else I needed to get started. Many looms later and adding some classes here and there I now have 6 looms with various projects going at a time. I love to weave rugs, I started with rugs due to the fact that I could use unwanted denim and various fabrics and because I couldn't find any in the colors I wanted for my own home. I fell in love with yarns and have added scarves, towels, table runners and pillows to my inventory. I have had entries in the Iowa State Fair as well as had inventory in the WoodSmith Store, Beez Rustic Treasures, 1st Ave Collective and Twice Blessed.
