Red Sponge Coral and Sterling Earrings

These stones are from old stock, as Coral is considered endangered. Sponge Coral is considered to absorb negative energy, help with platonic love, friendship, wisdom, optimism, enthusiasm, balance, relaxation, and protection...wow, what a list of great attributes! I cut argentium sterling discs and dapped them to fit the stones, drilled a hole in the center, and fitted all together with hand formed argentium balled ear wires. They will hang a bit low, as I fashioned the wires to showcase the stones. Argentium is my choice of sterling silver with its non-tarnish quality. It actually has a bit more fine silver, and an addition of some germanium, and less copper.
