Return or Exchanges Policy
Yep, they happen. It's OK! Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
No explanation needed, simply email us with your order date, item description and name and which items you're returning within 7 days of the order date.
All returned items must be returned in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging.
Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not immediately available, we will refund the value of the purchase price. We can not refund shipping costs.
All custom made items and items marked "Final" are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
