Each mat is dye sublimated for a permanent design that is absorbed directly into the polyester material and then heat processed. ---------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT DETAILS • Custom Order- family name, monogram, saying, options are endless! • 18x30 Doormat • Bordered Polyethylene Fabric with Recycled Rubber Backing • Racetrack design with two colors for an attractive style • Slip-resistant and weather-resistant At checkout in the “Custom Instruction” box, supply the following information: 1.Details of your custom order request 2.If available, a picture you have found of the idea you have PROOFS AND PRODUCTION: •You will have an opportunity to make changes prior to your mat being made. •Once I receive your order I will send you a proof within 2-3 days to approve it is correct, please double check and check again spelling, punctuation, etc. Custom order proofs may take up to 3-5 days. •Proofs must be approved prior to mat production. For that reason, production may be delayed until I receive your approval. •If an error is found AFTER you have approved your proof I cannot refund, however I can make a corrected doormat for an additional $20. If the error is my fault, a new mat will be made at no cost. •You will receive a picture of the final product when complete and at that time we can discuss pick up/mailing options.
