Peek-a-boo Adventurine Necklace

First you see it, then you don't...I cut a full disc of Argentium Sterling Silver for the back, dapped it into a bowl shape, soldered on argentium wire prongs to hold the Adventurine stone. Another disc was cut with a window for the peek-a-boo stone and soldered on with argentium sterling wire prongs to hold the small stone. A small curved tube was soldered on the back to hold the small link, diamond cut sterling silver chain. A sterling lobster clasp finishes the piece. The chain is 23 inches around with the pendant adding an additional 1 inch. Adventurine is noted for as "The Gambler Stone', because of the belief it is the most powerful gemstone for good luck and greater prosperity. It is said to have healing properties of: creativity, imagination, and independence. Argentium sterling silver is my preferred sterling because of its resist to tarnish. It actually has more fine silver than regular sterling with a bit of germanium added, and less copper. Enjoy!
