When I made this design, my sister commented on it's pine-needle feeling. In homage to her and our childhood together, I named it after our Pine tree filled hometown, Paradise, CA. Variable-length guitar string pieces are hung down bright or oxidized sterling silver chain to create a cascade with tons of movement. Handmade sterling silver ear wire. 3" long.

Upcycled Guitar String Jewelry. My jewelry is a confluence of things I love and respect. My family was full of musicians however, I tended towards dance and visual art. I work part-time as an Architect and value proportion, geometry, and construction. The strings were initially inspired by my family's history in music but the recycling also speaks to my deep respect for the earth and desire to lead a more sustainable lifestyle.
