Twisted branches and foliage come together to take the shape of a greenman, an ancient woodland spirit. In addition to the full color artwork on the front of the card, and the "Birthday Wishes" greeting, there is subtly shaded dragon art on the inside, with the words "Have a Magical Birthday". This card comes with a coordinating envelope with even more illustrations.
The Oak King Birthday Card is produced on recycled paper using vegetable oil based ink. The card measures 6 3/4" by 4 3/4".
Who is the artist?
This card is based on a work by the English artist Anne Stokes. Anne specializes in bringing fantasy subjects to life, whether they be fairies, dragons, unicorns, or completely new creatures drawn from her own imagination.
Is this card available without the birthday greeting?
