I graduated in ’94 from Rutgers University in NJ with a BFA, focus in
Oil Painting. I have multidisciplinary abilities with art, painting being my true passion.
I came to print making in 1997, when seeking a way in which to create a sustainable living.
Japanese woodblock printing, painting, and carving have inspired me to create the work that I focus on now. I wanted to see my art out in the world, not hidden away on someone’s wall. Choosing to hand print my designs on clothing rather than paper has allowed this to happen.
My art, for me, is about the process. With over 400 designs and counting, the result is an original piece of art that is accessible to all.
