Description
Inspired by a colony of flamingos in the Camargue region of France, this fun piece celebrates life-long love and friendship.
This mixed media piece features my original photography mounted in a 2" deep handmade white shadow box frame. I paint with translucent india ink and water on the inside of the glass and finish by adding some metallic foil detailing. When the light illuminates the piece, a layer of coloured reflection is revealed.
