Brewed and served in Cologne, Germany, this traditional ale is served one after another by the brewhaus köbes. Guidelines specify that a true kölsch is a top-fermented, light colored, full ale with bright floral, honey-like tones, and a crisp, soft fruity taste. Brewed according to the German purity law of 1516.
