Acrylic painter. Currently teaching art to K-8th students in Lakeland, I am a visual artist working mostly with acrylic paints.  I utilize found objects, photography, drawing, painting, and recycled materials to execute my work. The inspiration is life experience, the motivation is the people I come into contact with. I find that using recycled canvas and "found" surfaces are an essential technique to convey humanity in my work. Objects can hold the worst memories, or nostalgia. A painting can make you reminisce, or recoil. I aspire to discuss emotions with a visual assistance, when words fail to do the job.
