Description
I saw Brazilian musician Flavia playing guitar online and was so impressed with her performance that I asked her if I could paint her portrait. Lucky for me, she accepted.

I wanted to encapsulate female strength in this painting. I wanted it to speak of the ability to find silver linings when things don't go as planned, and the strength in one's ability to forgive in order to move forward.
