If an item is damaged in transit I will provide an exchange.  You will need to email me within 3 days of receiving the damaged art.  Include specifics about the incident and 2 or 3 photos showing the damage.  This way I will be able to pursue the issue with the shipper.
If possible I will replace the damaged item.    Since many of my items are one-of-a-kind, replacement may not be possible.  In this case I will do my best to provide you with an alternative piece that will match the parameters of the damaged piece.
